Explore the timeless charm of a pair of Henry Thomas Alkin's (1785-1851) hand-coloured aquatints – "The Consequences of Being Drove by a Gentleman" and "The Comforts of Being Drove Like a Gentleman," published in 1837. These antique prints, each measuring approximately 64cm x 38cm, come framed in their original frames.

While they've aged gracefully, a bit of expected foxing and a tear on one print add character to these overall well-preserved pieces. The aquatints have been reframed in original frames to maintain their authenticity and aesthetic appeal.
